Overview:

Quentin Johnston for the 21st pick surprised me. However, after watching his tape, this dude can BALL. Essentially, he is another Mike Williams with more speed and better route running. Johnston can beat a defender before the defender even realizes it. Johnston can complement our Wide Receiver core pretty well. With the Aggressive nature of Williams, and the natural route running of Allen. Johnston brings both, plus speed to the table. I can imagine Johnston rotating in day 1 and making some 20+ yard catches down the field. However, Johnston does have a tendency to drop easy catches. Something that Keenan Allen can teach him and help him build upon more consistent catching. Besides that, I can confidently say Johnston will bring more explosive plays with Kellen Moore leading the way, and Justin Herbert slinging the rock to him.
